Hold Your Horses – Just Don’t Paint Them
It is illegal to paint or disguise your horse in the US-State of Vermont. This also includes donkeys, mules and hinnies. The punishment to fit the crime? Either six months in prison or a $500 fine (circa 480 €) – or both, if you’re down on your luck.
